Your hen party is your opportunity to have the time of your life before the big day. Whether you are the bride or the party organiser, there are a loads of exciting places for you and the girls to visit with a lot more to do than the usual hen party clichés.
Who can resist Paris? It is simply the prettiest, most stylish city in the world and is perfect for a classy and sassy hen do. Start the day on a pavement cafe reading Le Monde, sipping coffee and eating a croissant, then head to the Left Bank to enjoy a spot of shopping and people watching, head to a bistro in Montmarte and retrace the steps of Amelie, before sipping cocktails in a bar that seems made just for you and your friends. Bliss.
There is nowhere better on these shores for relaxing and enjoying your hen party than Brighton. The winding roads packed with vintage shopping, the (hopefully!) sunny beach and some of the very best nightlife in the country adds up to make Brighton the hen party capital of Britain.
Barcelona has everything you could possibly want from a holiday; the beaches, the buildings, the booze, the bodegas and the boys. Stroll down La Rambla, take a detour into the beautiful bars on Placa Reial and explore the gorgeous Gothic Quarter during the daytime. By night you and the ladies can enjoy tapas and sangria, then head to the wild clubs and bars that keep this stunning city buzzing until the sun rises.
OK, this will clear out your piggy bank, but The Big Apple is worth every penny. From the moment that you get that yellow cab from the airport, you know that this is going to be a special trip; the perfect blow-out before the big day. From the hipper-than-though Brooklyn, Soho and Noho (yes, that’s a real place!) to the tourist hotspots of Central Park or Fifth Ave, you may leave New York but New York never leaves you.
There is nowhere else in the world where you can do so much in one weekend. From going on a party boat cruise on the Thames at night, to catching a show in the West End or even learning the secrets of burlesque; London has it all and a lot more. You are never far from sensational shopping, spectacular sight-seeing, fabulous food or some the coolest parties on the planet.
The White Isle is the world’s playground with all the biggest and best clubs concentrated into one space. Although despite the superclubs, beach-side bars and foam parties, there is another ‘undiscovered’ side to Ibiza too. Visit a spa retreat, find a beach that the tourists don’t know about and get a villa so you and the girls can chill in your own space. Bliss.
The world’s capital of pop music is one of the friendliest cities that you will find. You can stay in luxury at the Hilton or the Hope Street Hotel, party in the world-famous Cavern and shop ’til you drop in Liverpool One. At the weekend, the town becomes one giant party!
